Cornwall Farmers Machinery Team Power Ahead
6th Janaury 2010
Cornwall Farmers has appointed Tim Coleridge as Machinery Divisional Manager for its £11million machinery business.
Tim has 30 years of experience of the machinery industry both in agriculture and groundscare. He previously served as General Manager for Bomford Turner, with responsibility for its worldwide operations.
“I believe this is an exciting time to join Cornwall Farmers,” says Tim. “The co-operative is continuing to develop as the premier provider of agricultural inputs throughout the Southwest.”
Tim, who lives in Devon, has spent the first 15 years of his career operating in the West Country. He started his working life in sales before progressing to sales and marketing manager, territory manager and then to general management in companies including Deutz Fahr and Landmec in the Southwest.
“Tim’s appointment adds a new dimension to our business,” comments Andrew Cocks, CEO for Cornwall Farmers. “He brings an in-depth knowledge of the machinery sector which only strengthens our desire to advance the co-operative for our members.”
