Going for Gold!

Timothy Hudson, Cornwall Farmers Agricultural Sales Representative for Mid Cornwall and The Lizard, has achieved the Gold certificate from John Deere for his completion of the John Deere Time, Territory and Customer Management course.

Tim joined the already successful machinery sales team in November 2006 and has already gained a Silver award for his professional selling skills course. Tim was thrilled to receive the award and said, “I am confident that the quality of training received will help benefit our Cornwall Farmers members and customers by receiving a higher quality service pre and post sales.”

John Deere offers a wide range of courses to further their dealerships’ employees’ skills in various fields. They are a recognised training provider and are certified under the ISO9002 quality assurance standards and their excellence in training has also gained them a prestigious national training award.

The course Tim undertook was to improve his efficiency with his customer service offer. To date Tim is the fourth person from Cornwall Farmers to be awarded a prestigious gold certificate. Cornwall Farmers are already acknowledged for their outstanding customer service skills and care, with this award further boosting their confidence in this area.

As part of Tim’s continual professional development he will be attending further courses in product knowledge and customer care.
